Black Balloon Day 2024
Today, March 6, is Black Balloon Day, a day to honour our relatives lost to overdoses and supporting those struggling with harmful substance use 🖤
Over 800 people died by overdose in Manitoba in 2022 and 2023. We need a health care system and community supports to help our relatives who are struggling with harmful substances make healthy choices and live a good life!
We can help our loved ones with empathy, education, setting boundaries and helping them ask for additional professional help on their healing journey!
